I look at my faction and I see a member that not even in my faction donated concrete .
And one member that I see is doing the boss event and I see his name there , but he is not in my faction .
Is that happening to any one ?

No one asked to join , and I don't see him in the list , or the donation list

Are you the only officer in your faction? Any officer can accept someone who wants to join.
Check that this is not just a data corruption issue. We often find ourselves renamed, though the original player is still participating. This is a Gree thing. Given the quantity of data passing between machines, we simply delight that more terrible things don't happen often.
