For those of you still stuck on 9. I got my tenth last night. You can get the tenth one, however be prepared to spend anything from 100 gold to a vault of gold to get it.

I agree. This is just too random! I spent like 200 gold to get 9 shoes, now 2 vaults later i'm still stuck on 9!!!

Anyone who spends gold on these get 10s or whatever is a fool, unless you know going into it that you're just gambling and can live with the fact that you might lose.

guys, be prepared for some serious patience/punctuality/broken sleep. i got the tenth last night, 2nd in my active syndicate, allll rest on 9/10 too for days! only opened 14 with gold. but it DOES SAY the event gets HARDER AS IT GOES ALONG on the "I" button by your ?/10 health bar.
