A group of us are looking to take over a syndicate that's no longer in use.
We have the guys to fill it.
We know there is plenty of collapsed empty syndicates out there.
We just looking for the option of running it half built rather than creating one from scratch.

There are no empty shells. They vaporise as soon as the last one leaves.
There is former top syndicate where all but a couple of members have left. That's what I'm looking for... So shells are out there
