Chalice Box Event Problem - 20% Magic Boost Not Added!

I have collected 10 Chalices and have the Spirit of the Chalice unit in my inventory but 20% Magic Attack Boost has not been added. I know others have this problem as well. I just wanted to make the forum and any moderator aware of it. Please fix it! Thanks!

I got it as well but did not get the 20% boost. The unit does not show up in my individual boosts but does show up in inventory

yep, looks like a general problem, lol. The question is, do we all need to send individual tickets or will it be resolved for all who have the unit?

well hell, you all just finished that event too quickly, you know it takes Gree a day or two get any LTQ working properly. My ticket is in as well!!
