I updated iOS and CC and my energy regen also went from :53 to 1:05. Goodfella class.
i'm getting myself mentally prepared for a support response of, "It is just a visual bug. The actual time it takes to regenerate is still correct."

A separate issue that has come along for the ride with 3.9... It is now only possible to read the first 20 or so characters of a wall message
I have the Goodfella class and have noticed the same thing on my iPhone. In regards to the 20 or so characters, I have seen this as well and the writing even overlaps the REPLY button!
I used to think that minor issues within the games was ok but over the last several months, the amount of issues being coded into the games (MW & CC) as well as infrastructure issues are really starting to get bad! This last WD in MW & CC is a prime example of just how much choas is being causes by GREE Internally.
...maybe Gree increased so to add Goodfella class 2, to make you spend again to get back what you had in the first spending...

Easiest form of compensation is probably to extend the LTQ by, say, 12 hours?
Doubt they'd give out energy, because if we miss out on x amount of energy, and Player A has a total max energy of (x - 100) then that person loses out on energy...they won't give out gold equivalent to the purchasable amount of energy lost because that would lose them money (despite being the option that is right for the customer).
