We just lost a battle because whatever they did 'froze' the scores, on our screens we were winning all the way to the end until the screen popped up saying we lost by 800 points.

Back up, but damage done to one of my accounts. ANYONE (myself included) who pays $$$ money for this game is freaking insane.
That 2-3 minutes was in the last 4 minutes of our last battle. It froze the scores for us and caused us to lose, how do I get this fixed?
Same with us, the game showed we were winning with less then 2 mins left but a good amount and then the server froze, shut down, whatever it was. Then all of a sudden we get a splash screne saying we lost by less then 500 points. We had members with their fingers on the button ready to go and couldn't attack. Not only did we lose it cost us a run that we were nearly finished with, now we have to start all over again.
Oh....only 2-3 minutes during WAR time...no biggie!
Yet again, due to a Gree(dy) mess up, the players pay the price....sooo many negative threads due to sooo many errors, can't this be seen!
Laughable.....I'm sure you guys will be inundated with consumer ombudsman approaches soongood luck with that

Exact same thing here. And real money was spend on this battle already! Also in the middle of a streak. So what is gree going to do about that?
