One of our officers has been out of commission for over two weeks. The most recent email reply says:
"I have asked one of our engineers take a look into this at this time. If or when I hear back(please feel free to respond back for an update) I will let you know."
This is the 9th or 10th email on a simple transfer. If there any chance it will be resolved before WD? If not we need to reassign responsibilities.
