can we send in tickets regarding the extra xp?
Can support not push all those on normal goal 20 through to heroic goal 1?

This is non limited to lvl 20. Lvl 20 is just the most obvious, as it takes more than 1 full energy bar to kill the mob. The regen issue happens at all, or at least most levels. For 1-19 it just means that you need enough energy for a kill, not just a hit.Originally Posted by Deadwater

Support can't adjust xp totals, so no to the first one.
The second one, first the issue would have to be fixed, and we may not be able to due to the number of reports. We don't currently have a way to batch complete goals for people, so advancing everyone a step manually would take several days minimum just for the reports currently in the queue.

Potentially easier to just extend the LTQ. Not sure how long most have been affected, but I have been stopped for 8 hours.
Honestly, your customers do not care about the lack of properly staffing within your company. We only care about being treated right and getting the level of support we deserve. The support staff has had a "we are understaffed" message for about a year now, its time to increase the capacity of the support team and that's not our problem.
Step up and do whats right for the customers, not whats easy.
Will the gems wasted by the resets be refunded and the event extended to cover the time it's caused me to lose?
This is not limited to granny, if has happened to me EVERY TIME I don't finish a creature off. What kind of compensation are we talking here? I've wasted several hours, thousands of energy, and hundreds of xp.

Im in the same boat.
I reported this in a ticket on lvl10/20 like 16 hrs ago...
I actually just finished a level 19 and did not get credit for the kill period. This is bad.
Open the heroic mode together with the standard mode. When the bug is fixed we can go back and close the standard mode. There is no big benefit for those never reaching the heroic mode, but for all others its fair.
