This was also brought up in other posts. Appears that you have to make the kill without leaving the map area or the mob regains full health. NOT COOL GREE.Originally Posted by Tojo

been living with these one off long enough i just sucked it up and knocked her down with a few refills. ive had over 50% success asking gree to return gems so chose to go that route. most of my guild not sniffing lvl 20 yet anyway so i feel pressure to see whats next.
and darn if gree isnt smart enough to see thats what im doing and wait to fix the "bug"
Same thing happend here, got her down below half twice now and if you leave the zone she regens!
Come'on Man please get this taken care of quickly Gree and post when it is fixed.
Please also consider extending the event as players have lost time because of this programing glitch.
DON'T USE GEMS!!!! I killed her and after closing and logging in again she was alive I had no prize and she was at full health again
Send in a ticket. We don't know if they read the forum. We do know that they copy and paste answers to tickets, but they should have to be bothered to do it hundreds of times today.
