Ferr could have certainly completed this task between his two accounts.
With medpacks and his health regen he could probably beat a boss every 5 min (once he passes 100).

So while it wouldn't be fun and it would have taken alot of gold (and it wouldn't have been a smart move) he certainly could have done it.

While it maybe theoretically possible for a one man faction to do all 7 days, being water boarded at Getmo would be a better experience.
