Looks like I might have them though since I didn't see each quest part to note which units are in the quest, I can't say for sure.Did you get all the units?

It appears we are being credited wins from the last war based on how far people skipped in the iLTQ.

I completed the first stage and the quest disappeared. My stats went up about 200k though, so I guess I finished it already. i had about 1k wins last war so I guess thats the cause.
