My question is like so:
The maximum money on hand that I can lose from attacks is 30,000. I can be attacked only 20 times, right?
What happens after someone attack me 20 times? I can't be attacked again for several hours/days?
Is there a point where depositing my cash isn't worth the 10% fee?
They've messed with the rules a bit from how they used to be. PvP, for instance, only has personal limits on attacks-- one person can attack you 20 times and can't hit you for 2 hours, but a different person can come a minute later and hit you 20 more times, and a third person can come and hit you 20 more times, etc.
Though, normally, after 20 attacks (or robs, those count too now), you become "Too beat up to fight," and should disappear off the Rival List. Thus, if you have an IPH such that you'd lose more from the 10% banking fee than you could possibly lose via fights ($600k every 2 hours = $7.2mil per day, meaning the tipping point is an IPH above $72mil / 24 hrs = $3mil IPH), then you should not bank. There is no logical reason to bank if your actual IPH is above $3mil. (Check that you actually earn at least $72mil per day, though-- if you have a lot of high level 1hr buildings, for instance, your IPH will be artificially inflated, since that number in your profile assumes 100% collection).
It's not straight math, but you need to consider the following:
- how much you make in a day (income collected and earned from rivals)
- how much you are attacked in a day
The most you can possibly lose in a day is $7.2 million - $30k per hit x 20 with a two-hour cool-down period. Max 240 hits per day, at $30k per hit, is $7.2 million. However, most people aren't hit that often or don't lose that often.
So take how much you earn each day (you won't have perfect collections), and figure 10% of that. If you routinely lose less than that amount from attacks, then don't bank. If you routinely lose more than that from attacks, then bank. You may have to experiment for a week to get a trend to analyze.
There is a more extensive no bank analysis somewhere, but that is the gist of it.

Only way to know if it is worth the risk - is to try not banking for a day or 2...

If you get caught no banking in war, you could lose a hell of a lot more though.
I no-bank during war, and the defensive wins I got far outweighed my cash lost just about 2.5 million

Didn't say it would be, said it could be. Depends on level, stats and strength of teams you come up against.
I no bank during wars and hardly lose anything. I think Bos at one point lost a hell of a lot more. Thousands of losses while no banking.
The only time I bank now is during PVP wars. Other than that, I haven't been banking for over a month now and it has been rewarding. I probably wouldn't have gotten to level 9 on the big top burlesque in time for the prizes if I had been banking.
For wars, I still don't bank. We have others on our team who are higher level and better targets, so people don't attack me much.

If u are a low level, u should no bank no matter how much u make, most ppl wont attack u as they are camping and dont need all that xp for that small amount of cash. But if ur a high level, thats probably a whole diffrent thing
