You're overshooting them by just a little which is better safe than sorry but, good luck on boss.

Has anyone seen any mention of a FLTQ "completion" reward? Last Boss event they awarded a unit to factions who were able to achieve 5 daily goals... any info?

There isn't a prize for getting the 5 daily gols...but if you get the 5 goals and 100 Boss defeats you get:

*Ultimate Prize: Seadrone Supercarrier 109950/94050 +20% Sea Defense
(Defeat 100 Bosses & Complete 5 of the Daily Faction Goals)

I'm seeing about a 40% increase in boss strength. (tier 101-150) Does anyone else see this much?

I'm seeing about 40% to 50% for Tier 51-75. Boss 50 was about 3.85 million

Is it possible to calculate how many times I can beat the boss with NO gold?
Im lvl 125 attack = 325386

And how much gold would i need to reach lvl 100? Can someone help me out?

Can't exactly say, but not far that's for sure, and also depends on your regen, now the gold you'll need VAULTS!

I can tell you that you will need to attack the 100th boss 223 time to defeat him alone. And that's with old health numbers

It depends on your regeneration time but to put it into perspective i'm on boss 40 and it has around 8.8 Million Health
That means with your current attack you would need 28 Cash hits to defeat just that one. (Which means you need a pretty decent regen to defeat without gold). Defeating boss 100 as someone else described would be VAULTS to say the least.

I was hoping to make to around 70-75 with my mini, not sure now with the new data values. Its currently level 36 with 300k damage for a cash hit and it has -33% health regen time, I'll just have to see...
