I want to start a new account on my other device so i uninstalled it waited 12 hours and downloaded it again and all my data was still there how do i start fresh

..just open the back of your device and switch the red button on left to " new account " position....Et Voila !

I deleted Modern War, then reinstalled 6 months later and my account was still there. So deleting ain't the answer, maybe send a ticket or email to gree asking for a game reset ?
