Combine all the income resources together and come up with your answers in general.
Ways to make money:
- Building Output
- Attacking Rivals
- Robbing Rivals' Money
- Buy Money From GREE (really want to see who has done this one)
For me, I have really low IPH, so I rob a lot and I admit that I'm quite a stalker..... (not ashamed)
Combine all those above, it usually take me 4-5 days to make 100 millions dollars.
When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead.

Using the 100% collection metric, 11.6 hours. I don't collect 100%, of course.

About 16 hours just from building output.
I can make a billion in 34 hours so 3.4 for 100 million. Don't really rob or attack...
18 hours and 20 minutes currently at 5.4m per hour

About 2 days from buildings. Robbing at my level (151) could be a lot better. High iph hoods are few and far between.
