I have seen people post different values for xp on some targets, and just checked that my iPhone and iPad have different values for some targets. I don't know what to believe anymore...

For example: Cortez Familia Chaser in Suspicious Village was reported as 19 xp, but is 20 xp on my iPhone and 21 on my iPad. Anyone else see this?

No its not confirmed yet. People just finding something and writing down here. This 8k unit probably for faction normal mode. It cant be prestige not possible.
