Quick question, whats the actual size needed for this banner? Sorry I'm kind of new the threads but am quite an experienced graphic and industrial designer.
I just need to know the proper size for this so I can finalize my banner design for my guild.

Some possible choices for the strip:
I'd like the strip to stretch across the bottom of my posts, so that my Alice in Wonderland quote is not longer than the artwork, if possible. The first and last--if used--would need to be manipulated to lengthen them.
EDIT: A cleaner (colors matching) version of this would be lovely:
