I'm fine with being contacted but I'm not a support channel. Sure I can escalate some serious issues etc but that's it.
Eg when a member of FUN has an issue. (I don't hate you FUN, I'm just jealous cause I'm not you)
I also don't hate Sirius, just frustrated with this three tiered support process. Premium support, delayed support and go away pleb.

This does not mean you cannot discuss anything with staff or support. This means that you can not post parts of or talk about things you have talked about to support or staff members.
Example(not actual conversation):
"Dear player,
We were not able to credit any gold to your account because we have no record of your gold purchase. If you would provide us with a receipt of this transaction we would be more than happy to credit the appropriate amount to your account.
Regards, CS"
Posting this or talking about this conversation on the forums would be against guidelines. But for you to contact a moderator or a moderator to contact you isn't against the rules. If it was against the rules why would moderators always request occasionally for you to PM them details of tickets... As well as them issuing warnings for you breaking the rules.

Indeed! Folks just need to know that in the end they need to go through the proper channels for things.
Would it be possible in a future upgrade for a founder to be able to authorize a second player in a guild (only if they chose to) to have the same rights as the founder? Our founder has had issues with his game which has meant we went into the last battle without a guild guardian or walls. This could have been avoided if their was another player that was able to allocate a guild guardian and buy walls. He has raised a ticket and received no respond prior to the battle commencing, again this could have been avoided if a second player had the same rights. Would also stop gree from receiving requests to hand over founder to another player when there are issues.
Just a suggestion.
