I asked for a refund after buying something I didn't want. They said they can't do it. Although I asked also before and they did give me a refund so it just depends on who you talk to.

I did seem as you and spent the gold because it was getting raided and Gree said no gems as you spent the gold.
the gold that you bought can't be raided.They are secured on your vault even if it's your vault small to keep it..I know this for shure that any gold you buy its safe from raiding.If you spend it then i dont think you whil get a refound.You should keep it there and not touched it til Gree remove it by them self

Perhaps it is secured for a while ! But I know people got raided all before Gree did something.
