Just wondering how many officers do people have in their factions ? What is the ideal ratio per guild size? Do you ask them to take on roles ie recruit ect ? How do they earn that role ? does it make difference how many you have ? Like to hear people's views thanks
My faction has the leader and four officers in a group of 31 right now. Our officers are a group that works together best out of the group and stay the most active and dedicated. For us, the officers and leader talk about a strategy and whether to use it or not. Our current one is working very good so far, as we got only 1 loss last WD out of around 25 battles, and will be improving next war, as our team gets more used to the strategy, and the strategy keeps developing.
