Need help transferring asap

I haven't been playing lately.. and I logged onto the forums and had to switch my password. I changed it back to my old password, my login for this is the same as my login for Crime City.. I tried the password they emailed me, and the old password, which is now the same as the new password..

When I click Funzio ID it has my Funzio ID, my Email, and my password all filed in (on my new device)
When I go onto my old device and enter in the same info it says "Invalid Funzio ID or password, please try again" and it says the same thing if I try on my new device.. and I JUST made my password the same as it used to be.. please give me some help here

when I click create account it says please use a valid email.. even though its the only email i've used.
