Oh goody! Another way to drain your bank account. I hope this one will be set up on a fairer basis than the last one in KA which was so costly only the 1% richest guilds could justify the expense.

The last one they handed out 250 globes per player (the equivalent of the firearms here) at the start because of a glitch. It wouldn't be Gree without at least one

I took one step in the KA forum and saw plenty of angry post about this type of event being unfair, impossible, etc. Hard to be excited for it now.

FYI don't waste your gold on this event. Far too expensive for the avg joe. Everyone will burn out of their cash.

To be fair the first raid boss was tough, but doable without spending reaching epidemic levels. For some reason Gree decided to make the second ridiculously hard. Even FUN (the KA Fight Club!) found it very expensive, so the guild I'm in decided to stop at level 25/33 of the heroic stage after talking to them.

I'm hoping they will see sense next time around, but not gonna hold my breath

Anyone else having trouble finding the illegal firearms? Do you know if you actually have to COMPLETE a job to get one? I figured I'd take this time to prehit and get firearms that way, but so far I've poured through about 5k in energy, and earned more xp than I'd like, and have 1 illegal firearm to show for it. So I went back to early levels where the xp is only 1 per job, and I bet I did 20 or 25 jobs there without any success. Drop rate really that low? Thoughts?

Yeah, the drop rate is low. Not sure what it should be, but they seem rare.

Lol, it's another conspiracy against campers!

I've collected 15 from my two accounts while "preparing" bosses. Papa Spiros and Don Ricci might have been quite good to me.

Weird... like i said, I've been prehitting too, and I just got done doing the boss in the junkyard and auto row, out of that 4,000 energy I got 1 automatic... oh well, better than nothing. Maybe I'll go back and hit up those dudes again. Thanks
