I've used over 4000 energy and 200 stamina and I haven't got a single crate!!! I'm not bothering at all anymore... Gree surely you can see that you are just driving us away...

I think they can only see the extra income flowing in with events after events. Don't matter if they lose a few along the way. They will be back xD

I can confirm this, Tere Anita is dropping 100% per hit (not kill) for me. Results may differ, I'm making no claims regarding your own experience.

tier 4 101-125/ 36% drop rate /3,6-2,9 drops per 1000 energy
tier 5 126-150/ 44% drop rate /3,5-2,9 drops per 1000 energy
tier 6 151-175/ 52% drop rate /3,4-3 drops per 1000 energy
tier 7 176-200/ 60% drop rate /3,4-3 drops per 1000 energy

so best rate would be a job with 51 energy needed..
since i couldn't find such a job, the next best jobs with 52 energy needed are

Midtown /Cutty Robinson
Fish Market /Tuna Boat
Junkyard /Factory

these jobs have 5.4 drops per 1000 energy

That is nothing to do with your own assumption.
If you read properly previous comments and if your know the "rules" of this event, crates could be found by robbing or attacking people. After having spent 100 stamina and not received a single crate, I can clearly say something is bugging.
(like I said the 200 XP given per boss kill was bugging, like it really was).

Given that this has happened before, exactly as it is now, on an event I won, I'm pretty sure I've got a decent grasp of the mechanics of the event.

Which is exactly what I said. Because they've done it in exactly this fashion before. A point BM was reinforcing.

Drop rate is fixed and decent for me now. It was bad when I ran out of crates to open, but now I have a 35 crates buffer luckily.

every job is now giving me a crate every time, but still nothing from robs/fights, except an occasional illegal auto, which most of the time don't actually drop. they just show up on the donation tab.
