I know they are low but with a small time in the syndicate they will obviously grow. I can still be used to power attack every 100 mins if necessary and am willing to make large donations. I am extremely active and diligent in battles. Stats will grow with time (we all know how high the syndicate reward items are) a few weeks I will be 250k+ easily which is bigger than a few members already
