I don't think it is an exact science but if you are beating most in your rival list I would say you are strong for your level. 4K of stats per level is a good ratio
A while ago the rule of thumb was that stats x1000 higher than your level were ok. Like if one would be level 170, having 170k in stats would be a decent number. Now, with the stats inflation, who knows? 170k seems to be very very low now.

I would say to be a good score you need to be 3000 x your level 4000 even better, but it is all relative to your level. There are several times my llp can score more points per hit than my hlp.

You all need to take into consideration that level up in early stage and one level up in latter stage are not comparable. 4000x rule is old, very old, thus not valid anymore.
At some point I had a dream - listen to it. When I reach level 100 and will be able to use all 2000 in the battle, my dream was to have like 250-300k stats, coming from 2000 units with stats 100/100 + boost buildings. Those were times when rare unit in epic boss event had stats 100/100 (uncommon ~40-50, common 15/18), no faction bonuses and not many chances to get unit with a boost (generally only collect 10 event).
Well in last 5 days I got more increase than I was dreaming before as total army. My current level is 89 (same like my faction mate Dutchie) and at the moment I consider 1 level to bring me at least 40-80k stats increase as a minimum.
More reasonable it would be to calculate in xp, not in levels. Right now I can say ~60k increase per 5k XP gain is a good one, you will be strong then. The increase figure really depends on your bonuses - somebody will less bonuses than me should be happy with less increase as this is my boosted figure. Somebody with more bonuses should aim for higher increase, etc.
Anyway, being 900k/1200k at level 89 does not mean I am completely safe, there are a number of players who can beat me. My estimation is that you will see more and more low level powerhouses as there are a few LLP factions who are getting top units for streaks of 53 (54 in this event) in second event in a row. And will continue to do that like SUP1 will continue to do what they do. Those units are game changer for them (calculate all units you get on your way till final unit). Raw increase (without wd prizes) of faction ltq is 140k/125k + 25% air attack +10% sea defense. In India figures were a bit less + 30% air attack +25% air defense.
When all others were fighting for 5% of x increase and 3% of y increase etc. So these powerhouses will stand out from the crowd.
