Searching for a guild starting from the bottom

Knights of Black Flag is looking to go to the top 1000 or better this upcoming conquest. Now, I know this guild if you search up made 1329 with 18 members.
But hear me out: My second account has joined in (level 20 129k/127k), I will be taking over leadership to better the guild and take it to the top.
My first account is a member of Kingdom of Heaven (level 97 1.567 m/1.706m), so me being leader will basically be great having knowledge of the top 50/75 guild strategies.

We are open to members who are active and want to grow to the top. Soon, dead meat will not be allowed and active players will surround this guild.
No stat requirement, but you must be active.
