Why is there no support from Gree during wars/weekends?

Serious question gree, there are a multitude of issues in the first page alone, ourselves included and you guys aren't around. Why?

whats so complicated about this...i spend over a vault every way....ive been tryin to get transferred since thursday sirius pls help....my faction is suffering i am one of our largest point scorers ive been very patient but from someone's pov who spends money on this game this is ridiculous please look into ticket #942720
