why dont u look it up in ur syndicate?
(u can see it as a member..)

Hideouts cost 2 bricks and every upgrade costs 2 bricks more.
level 1 - 4 bricks
level 2 - 6 bricks
level 3- 8 bricks
etc
the total cost to upgrade a hiedout to level 10 is $3,000,000.00 if i remember correctly.
