I had this thing done and dusted before I realised the awful payout on it.

I guess not every LTB can be amazing, but making it truly terrible seems a bit absurd.

do you get the weapons twice if you build the building twice?

any thoughts to buying it and selling it right back to get a 500 dmg item for 1.25 mil ? I assume you can't do that multiple times..

No, but you have no time to waste. 18d 13h left, and it takes exactly 18 days to upgrade (and complete) level 9. You get prizes as soon as you start an upgrade, so you only need to figure out how long it will take you to complete L9, which in this case is 432 hours (18 days) without modifiers. Thus you have less than 13 hours you can waste.
