I'm trying to build up my iph on my mini account. Right now I've got 37k iph. I "can" afford to buy the big top with the account, but since I want to grow my iph, it seems like it would be smarter to upgrade my lofts, so I can buy a nightclub(s).

Anyone offer any advice on which to do? 2.5m on this building, or just put it into my lofts to get to the nightclub?

Even with 100% collection.
This piece of major crap has 1613 ROI. West side Gem (1596 ROI)
Cheap ass kid even payback slower than a 100m building... let alone the 10X10 size.
