Actually, even in arena they are no different than any other type of armor. I made a table to compare the different types.
Mono
Dual Adjacent
Dual Non-Adjacent

Every possible gain puts you at equal risk. For example, if you can GET dual bonus, you are at risk of TAKING double bonus, etc. Just look at any column or row within a color in the table.

As long as the stats make up for not getting dual guild bonus, monos are fine in arena.

I am looking for anyone who is of higher lvl and have nemesis for this boss, stuck on 20 would like to get to 30 kills or so. If u have room on list let me know plz

It's also worth considering here, to add to your point, that someone who is concerned with farming to the extent this extent most likely won't have the capability to be creating plus version boss armors.

It's funny to see this right when most of the high level players are suddenly farming their fingers off for the limited quest (and cursing about talon drop rates).

Does any anyone even attempt for the nemesis anymore? none of my friends got nemesis since that slimelord boss, now everybody have blazebornes moontides, some serious stuff that makes nemesis such a meh....

Oh, since this turned out into a mono x dual discussion I might get myself in

MONO's for president! i love mono armors specially the Ice Lich, wich makes no much sense, but it looks awesome and the stats is pretty much the same of that of a dual armor cuz its naturally buffed!

I just had to stop by and give my compliments to the Gree artist(s) on this boss armor. It is my favorite looking armor that I have encountered. By far! Makes me even more excited that this one will be my first EB+ that I'll have the privilege to make.

To me it looks like the next boss will be spirit + earth. If you look at what it looks like from the beast keys page, it's purple and brown... so far, most of the armors have been fairly color accurate to their elements.

The recently released Aegis of the Dragon is air/earth, so I don't know if that will factor into it.

Aegis of the dragon is a pretty old armor, just that they gave it away this time round for every 50 chest you buy. It has indeed been a long time since an air earth boss.
