Da'ran, the Unseeing not showing in inventory

Me 3, went to bed after a solid day. Was excited when I woke up and saw 19' then 20, and then ..... Where is it. Relogged 2-3 x, then re- install. Then angry ticket. I hope it's like Santa and just appears.

I see what happened here. It has to do with not completing the goal that awards you the unseeing. You get progress on the goal when you finish heroic but your guild isn't done yet, you go to bed and the event ends as you're sleeping and the goal disappears as intended, you wake up and get the guild prize for heroic but the goal for the unseeing is already gone and therefore can't complete and award you the unseeing.

Quite a system Gree has, next time set an alarm at night to wake up before the event ends and you'll be good.

I also did not receive they will not fix the glitch unless enough people complain. 2 in my guild have same issue. I did not get normal or heroic unit.

Opened ticket while event going on and they were no help. Stock answers.

Gree we spent time ad energy on this, unreasonable to not fix.

I was online for both guild accomplishments.

Shouldn't have to wake at 2 in the morning to get a unit, I get war units when I wake and have gotten other gltq units when I wake. I'm GMt + 8. Come on gree where is my big ass unit already.
