there is not 1 single legend in the game the way you think. Ripper, nothing but a Ferr Neophyte. Has not been in the game a fraction of the time the game existed. He has not done anything to influence the game or improve it. So far this game has only really 3 maybe 4 legends if that. And they are legends for various reasons. Not a 1 is anywhere near that "new" faction.
