Same problem here. It was working fine earlier this morning. The usual fixes don't seem to work this time.

It told me I had buildings to collect but can't log on, Ios users must be having a field day. As if this game didn't favour them already.

Hey big money hope this helps, Android had this issue on MW yesterday although strangely mines has been fine I got faction guys to uninstall game and reinstall from 1mobile.com which is a older version it should load like normal or failing that try turning WiFi off and go mobile network only
Can't connect to the server again.
no access here with android and having issues with ios as well
Can sign in, but cannot accept mafia, add mafia or bank for me.
