'world cup' and 'world port' suggestions

Two suggestions to spice things up:

1. WoN 'world cup': After each AP event there is a separate limited time event where the winning top 100 players or members of the winning top 5 or 10 alliances from each world can move one of their outposts into a new world for combat with top players from other worlds. The event could be last man standing - need to destroy other outposts - or it could be standard AP event. At event end your outpost and commanders return to your main world, but troops which have been used up are lost.

Pluses: fun for all I think, extra prestige for winners, more integration between players in different worlds, no longer are certain players invincible, new challenge for those same players


2. World port: new item allowing port of a base plus commanders between worlds. Ports can only be used to port into older worlds or back into world where outpost came from. Not sure about this one
