I'm willing to bet, as I've seen his message spammed on a few posts now, he's actually probably a droid user (or honest iOS user) that's fed up with the glitch users and issue not being fixed. What better way to get it fixed then drawing attention and making it available to all lol.

I believe the guy is a hacker who got banned in game (maybe along with all his syndicate) due to BigMoney popping a cap in their collective asses here
