Same thing happened to me. I can not get on with my phone unless I am on Wifi, if I am on AT&T I am banned... I wrote them and asked what was going on... Yes you guessed right no response, that is right ZERO!!
Neither of you seem to be banned so possibly a range of ip addresses used by the target(s) have been hit, and you guys have fallen into the net. Blanket punishments are not cool whatever the "justification"

My phone has been like that since after the first month I started to read forums (2-3moths before I started posting)
I believe they have blanket-ip-banned most 3/4g addesses, for whatever reason, Ivan only ever get on with wifi
