This event got me to my goal of attack and defense >= 2,000 x level. (I know, I know, but it's still a big deal to me.)

I believe this guy is full of it, or the luckiest man in CC history. I have never heard of any free player making 10/10 in one day, let alone being 5/8 on other goals. I wonder where he is on the mini goal, the other 3 items you need to get the tesla.

It's random. Took me 66 gold opens to get the Quick Getaway last time because I was missing one stupid "riot" item.

I had a similar thing happen to me on my camper, only it cost me 240 gold to get the quick getaway. I too only needed the one more item, I think it was the explosive. Best part was I had 15 gold left and one more open before event ended, I hit cash on accident and thank the CC gods I ended up getting it.
I know that pales in comparison to 66 gold opens, but wanted to share that "last item" frustration and the relief/happiness that ensues after you get it, finally.



For this event it cost me around 500 gold and won them in the first 3 hours. I kind of wish I was more patient, but I didn't want to leave good items like that to chance. Mostly resets with cash opens and a few resets and gold opens, when I got a few fails in a row.
Pretty good when you compare it to LTQ; much less gold, very little XP and better stats with a mod no less. So IMO it's worth the gold if you're a gold user.

5 of 5 on both. Free so far but will use gold towards the end if need be. Never understood why ppl will spend close to a vault in the first few hours when u have 5 days, same with ltq. Its not a race its a marathon what are your proving.

Edit: Got 10/10 and 6/8 so many duplicate items tho I also hope u dont have to do crime spree in goal order cause im screwed than still do t have the first goal item.
