We have all bonuses and finish top 10 pvps and top 25 in war. We have a 150k minimum in war influence points to join this close knit team. We have fun and have become friends. All syns talking about being family and I believe them but I will tell you we have never cut more than 6 players any war and we always offer to find them a home if that happens (and the put up effort). We work together as a team, our 250s carried us through the ltq to save exp for our lower levels. If you want a syn that cares about each member current and ex member you will fit right in. We have fun and compete very well. Everyone does there part in this syndicate so you will no longer have to carry your syndicate if you are frustrated doing so.
