Tired of syndicate members who don't do their share???

Do you consistently score more points than most of the others in your group? Are you tired of being in a syndicate where 25% of the members do 75%+ of the work? Are you sick of carrying the "dead weight" members in your group and having them get the same prizes as you with little to no effort?

We were, so we made some cuts and are looking for some good members to add. We would like to add 10-15 active members who are tired of pulling their syndicate and are looking for a group where the work is more evenly shared amongst all members. Ideally, we would like a small "merger", where the top members from one group(who currently carry their group) come and join our team. We will consider individual requests as well, but why not bring the other good members from your syndicate and leave the freeloaders to fend for themselves?

We are a former top 75-150 team that barely slipped out of the top 150 in the last battle due to members that did not pull their weight. We made cuts and expect to be back in the top 75-150 in the next battle. We require a minimum of 30-40k points per member per battle. We have all but 6 bonuses(need 1 influence point, 2 gun attack, 1 car attack, 1 exposive attack, and 1 hideout health & 1 hideout damage). We have many members with high incomes, so a high IPH is not required for new members, but it would be helpful. We use groupme to communicate during battles and this is a requirement. We don't have specific stat requirements, but you will need to be strong enough to beat rivals from top 100 teams in order to meet the minimum point requirement. Forgot to mention, we are very good at LTQ's and pvps. We finished 20/20 of the team LTQ with over 2 days to spare(with only 46 members) and are always top 40-100 in pvps. I hope this paints a picture of how active our good members are and you can expect this trend to continue. Just another important thing to consider when choosing a new syndicate.
