What is GREE doing about all of these unrewarded Raid Bosses?

This is getting frustrating making 750,000++ points on the L100 Raid Boss & spending gems on refills just to get a pop-up saying I don't get a reward! Wha?
Big problem here... I want my rewards, please, and I'm tired of wasting my time sending in tickets.

Do we need to keep sending in tickets for every missed reward?
I hope we will eventually get our missing rewards!

A blanket 50-200 gem "I'm sorry" gift isn't going to cut it. These kind of units cannot be bought with 200gems.

What is GREE doing about this? Is there a fix in the works?

I've just had a reply to a ticket:
" It appears as though you are getting your prizes, but there is a glitch coming from our code which is causing the confusion on how that appears on your side. We appreciate your patience, thanks so much!"

Just got a reply from gree. All it said was we are looking into this issue, thank you for your.... Ticket closed...
On the bright side, I don't think it was a canned response, I believe they took the time to read My ticket. I defiantly think it was a form letter..but I believe they added in the response.

It's a toss up as to whether this, or getting yet another Undead Crawler on the scratcher is a bigger irritant

The latest answer I'm getting is to contact apple support for an app developers fault on software issues. Apple takes the hit, while they enjoy beta testing on others. Awesome!!!

With all the tickets they have received, and the posts hear...thought we would have heard something by now.
But I guess if they don't know wht is causing it and are still trying to find out,then there is nothing to say to us. Positive or negative, so we hang and wait..or is that hang to dry..then wait...

there is no such thing as 'unrewarded units' when you fight an epic boss the chance of receiving a unit is Common, Uncommon and Rare. So if you are unlucky and don't receive a rare or uncommon you at least receive a common unit.

in the raid boss most of the boss rewards are Epic, Rare, Uncommon. This means that you are not guaranteed a reward. Some of the bosses do have Epic, Rare and Common so you are guaranteed a reward.
