LE Buildings below level 20?

If i am wrong just say so, but i am under the impression that LE buildings can only be purchased if you are level 20 or higher correct?

ok...the reason i say this is i have seen many level 8-10 players that have LE buildings going back to the Santa Marta Train Station.

I have a micro-camper (level 10) that has 1 Curragh and 2 Jinai's. Both were purchased before level 7.

The recent buildings have not been available under level 20.

so they used to be available no matter what level?

I really can't remember! These were the only ones I could afford at the time. It takes a long long time to save up money at the little levels.

My micro-camper is FuFu9000, 796-352-512 and needs allies! He's been my pet project for over a year now.

i dont care to report them, waste of time. Its just a game anyway and if they feel the need to cheat at that to feel better about themselves than thats their problem haha

They're not even going to show up on your radar after a week of playing. Let them waste their time in a PVP game enjoying their fancy buildings.
