Cj, he was raiding me, and the buildings he tried to raid were still able to be raided.

This doesn't make sense given that he clearly lost a unit of stamina in the pic. Strangely, I've been getting a very similar pop-up when trying to raid boost buildings in KA lately that only started a couple days ago (just to clarify, I got this while raiding boost buildings that definitely hadn't already been raided - so the only effect of this change for KA is that you can't take out people's boosts during war, which takes some of the fun / strategy out of it), and I can confirm that in KA as well, you do still lose a unit of stamina when you get this pop-up.

The same change was applied to KA - it had a side effect on boost buildings we're working on fixing now.

The little minus bullet icon is actually part of the art for the pop-up, it is always there no matter whether you actually used a stamina point or not.

When it was fixed that cement factory I tried to raid before and got this was still able to be raided and I raided without getting this screen again, so I'm guessing it was a bug that just sort of happened?

Ah, yeah, that would be the thing that Jerle just fixed, then. Boost buildings and defense buildings are now able to be destroyed again.
