It all depends on IPH but telling someone with 100k iph to save up for a taj mahal is only going to hurt them in the long run, as they wont have the money to upgrade anything else in meantime.

I think we can all agree that a rule of thumb should be to always be upgrading a building. For players with higher income per hour the limited buildings they can easily make 60m in the time it takes for an upgrade to finish, so obviously they shouldn't upgrade buildings that only boost their income by 2k

However, if a player saves up 2 weeks just to get their first limited building and dont upgrade any other buildings for those 2 weeks they're going to lose out in the long run

The Taj Mahal is the first LE I've been able to upgrade. I haven't been able to get any until the Tatra came out, and only got 1 of those. $95 million for a level 2 is a bit steep, even at my IPH. Though I've been trying to save up. I think I can get the Taj Mahal up to a level 4 at least. That might be very difficult if I get raided.

I got rid of all the low end buildings like oil derricks and wind farms and ****. That clutters the base and just seemed to not really add all that to my IPH that I was able to collect on.

I've got 1 Tatra, 2 Queenslands, 2 Absolutes, and 2 Taj Mahals plus all the 12, 18, 24, 48 buildings that don't cost gold. The regular buildings are between level 4 and 5 for them all. With the military market at 9.

There are a few reasons I use a spreadsheet instead of the MW toolkit. First and foremost, I only have one iOS device and I got sick of going between the game and the toolkit when updating things. It is much easier for me to just update the spreadsheet on a computer in my opinion. Said spreadsheet is in the cloud so I can access it from anywhere. The second reason is that the toolkit doesn't update as often as it used to since it stopped being able to get updates from the Gree servers. I've also never figured out how to get the toolkit to do bonuses properly, so the upgrade costs wouldn't be accurate even if I did use it and that is the primary piece of data I want to know at a glance. The faction bonuses CAN'T work right since it says level 5 is the max even though it is actually level 6 for most bonuses.

I upgrade my 48 hour building as much as possible. I started out upgrading my munitions stockpiles when i was a LLP

My oil rigs are level 4
My tatra, two Queenslands, two Taj Mahals, and a nano factory are level 1
My electric power plants are level 3
My vault is 36 million.

tatra and queenslands will give a big return for the upgrade times but also depends if you can afford them, we dont knwo your IPH.;...
