Android phone (which used to be kinda reliable, now frustrating to even open), and an Android tablet, which is very reliable

I created my faction on my phone pre-Brazil, but have since transferred faction leadership to my tablet just for reliability

For those of you with like 6 devices, are they all in the same faction? My two devices are, so it makes it easier to scout, ie I can attack 3-4 times with one device, while typing the stats on the other, and then vice versa. But I know some people with multiple accounts, but one of them is usually an LLP in an average faction, while the main is a strong player in a higher ranked faction

Hey I contacted Gree because I had my account on my old gen 1 iPad and just upgraded to ipad mini. They asked me for my friend codes from old acct and new one set up on the ipad mini when I downloaded the game, main knight name and amount of crystals and said they would do a one time transfer. That was 4 days ago now they wont answer any of my emails and I cannot access my level 40 account. Anyone else have this problem? I am thinking about submitting a complaint to iTunes and get my $60 refunded I spent on gems ect..
