Syndicate Leader Banned?
What happens when your syndicate leader gets banned for cheating?
Does the syndicate get dissolved?
Does another officer become the leader?
Do the officers need to contact GREE to fix it?

Hopefully they just don't do anything so the members have to start a new syndicate instead of one built with cheating.

If a Syndicate leader gets banned for TOS violations, we generally boot them from the syndicate and pick the most senior-but-still-playing officer to promote to leader.
EDIT: It depends on the TOS violation and how much that has to do, if anything, with the syndicate activities.
