Guild portion seems to be synced with the individual. So if you are the "overachiever" in your guild, your kills should still register on the guild portion of the LTQ even though you may be ahead of that on the individual.

From what I have experienced so far... Yes they seem to be synced

That might not be the case, I have a feeling that once you beat the first two on normal, well get a new challenge to beat them both on heroic. Gree just doesn't want us to know if we should be pushing til halfway through, to maximize gem spending :P

My level 10 of normal is bugged. The first time I hit the guy he didn't lose any health. After resetting I was able to kill him, but didn't get a quest update. Now I just can't hit him. Any others having problems with him?

I saw 2 splash screens, 1 for beating guild portion on heroic and 1 for beating both individual and guild portion on heroic. Neither had a boost attached to the unit. But I did not see the prize for beating heroic on individual. Hopefully that one has a boost associated with it.

You get a 130 attack weapon for beating it on heroic individual.
