Just got my first nc today and im really stoked, now im saving up, since its gonna take 6 days to finish, for either another nc or immediately upgrading it to level 2 since I have the 30% off modifier the upgrade only costs 6m more than buying a second nc, what do yall reccomend?

Survey says: Take it to level 3 if you have modifier and then buy the second one.
If you have the 30% upgrade reduction you should even get one to lvl 3 before building a second one. If you dont, then get one to lvl 2 before building a second one.
What's gives more money? Another NC or a level 2?
L2 has triple the payout of L1.

Level 2 NC is considerably more efficient than a second level 1 due to the nature of type A buildings. Assuming you don't have any upgrade cost modifiers, level 2 NC gives you triple the base income for only ~67 million, as opposed to building a second, which gives you double the base income for 80 million. If you got the executive coupe off the PvP event a little while back, the contrast is even more stark.
