When are syndicate bonuses going to count toward the boss attack?

I have done 70 jobs/pvp over 2 accounts, opened and closed the app like 20 times and still not triggered her once. Any tips.. Lol

Is the drop rate for the rares worse now? 15 bosses down, 12 commons and 3 uncommons. What the heck?

Why is it the boss will not spawn for me? Iv had data push other people in my syn are sayin the same thing but others say its working... what a way to waste the first day of event... and of course its the one event I actually like..

When are syndicate bonuses going to count toward the boss attack?

No category mods count at all (a change from last boss event). Now only mafia attack % mods are counting.

This may be a dumb question but I don't see it addressed anywhere. Is there a minimum level required to participate in the boss event?
