Why is there another LE building during the middle of Absolute Towers. GREE can't wait for one LE to be fnished before the next one is released? Last three LEs were back to back, now they overlap the next one. I am sick of this, I have no time to upgrade my buildings.

I suspect they screwed up and entered the wrong date or something and released it a week before it was supposed to be released. There is no event for it right now.
Build them now. Upgrade later.
I wouldn't sweat on IPH if you could raid all day long. Focus on boost buildings, upgrade unit buildings. If you're there done this and that already...then be patient.
